今天（9月27日）是“世界旅游日(World Tourism Day)”。它是由世界旅游组织确定的旅游工作者和旅游者的节日。1970年9月27日，国际官方旅游联盟在墨西哥城举行的特别代表大会上通过了世界旅游组织章程。为纪念这个日子，1979年9月世界旅游组织第三次代表大会正式把9月27日定为世界旅游日。

这句话出自《吸血鬼日记》。作者对于这句话十分有感触。在一生当中很多人都在执着的追求看似幸福、美好的事物，总以为前方会有更美的景色，却忽略了身边的盎然春意。等到回过神来，周围早已是无尽的荒芜。

2、Don't make promises you can't keep.

翻译：守不住的承诺就别说。

One Sunday, a particular picture especially touched me. A young woman stood in front of an entirely shattered mobile home, a depressed expression twisting her features. A young boy, seven or eight yearsold, stood at her side, eyes downcast. Many choices we make in life — ranging from what we do, to how we conduct ourselves, and who we interact with — are subject to prying questions and commentary from those around us. Family members, friends, and even total strangers, it often seems like everyone has an opinion on the things we do, no matter how small or insignificant those things might seem to us.
