I am well-prepared to receive further training in advanced theories and practices for professionals and scholars. I would like to apply for admission and assistantship to your graduate school. Enclosed please find the records of Fu-Ping Wang:

1. Statement of Purpose.
2. Vita and Resume.
3. Remendation Letters from 2 professors and 1 supervisor.
4. Application Forms and Fee (A check of US$60).
5. Official Transcript from National Formosa University.
6. Copies of Official Transcript (76.54), TOEFL (580), and GRE (1760) scores.
7. Copies of Certificates of Diploma, Scholarship, and Extracurricular Activities.

There are other items to be followed:

1. Remendation Letter from my guidance teacher.
2. Writing Sample of a Paper.
3. Official scores of TOEFL and GRE, be sent directly by ETS.
